She is one of our Residential Property Managers. Sam handles building inspections, move-in/move-out inspection, sub-contractor coordination, Tenant relations, and prepares and delivers notices. Sam graduated from St. Lawrence College with an advanced marketing Diploma and recipient of the ‘Greg Award’ for best overall print campaign in her graduating year. Outside of work, she is an avid outdoors enthusiast who loves to kayak and hike. Sam is dedicated to her work – she has unwavering determination, reliable, trust-worthy and a love for providing exceptional service to LPMs Tenants and Clients.
