Our team of professionals in the Project Management Division have over 40 years of experience, have worked a variety of different projects in all sectors (residential, multi-unit, commercial and institutional) and helped individuals from Condominium Developers, Home Owners and large companies. Our main Project Manager holds an Engineering Degree from the University of Ottawa.
Project Management involves the planning, organizing and management of resources to bring about the successful completion of a special repair, replacement, or improvement. Sound management requires expertise and problem solving as you can run into obstacles and situations during the initial set up, while the work is being completed and follow-up inspections and support. In addition, construction details, regulations and permits and product knowledge can be tiring and cumbersome.
