Ashley is the main point of contact for tenants as they transition from prospect to tenant. She assists in gathering all necessary application documents and information, creating the lease and setting up their Tenant Portals. Prior to joining LPM Ashley was working in Leasing and Admin in Toronto for a large car dealership. She went to university here in Kingston and decided she missed the city enough to come back to live. She loves the outdoors and often spends her weekends hiking trails, she also enjoys curling up with a good book at home and taking care of her growing house plant collection. Ashley is detail oriented and thorough, and her professional and kind attitude help guide new tenants through our move-in procedures with ease.
