She is responsible for residential property management. Kate oversees department operations and manages Client and Tenant relations.

Kate graduated from Durham College with a Degree in Human Resources, but quickly learned her passion was in property management. She joined LPM as a partner in 2015 and has played a critical role in the growth of the company. Her previous years of experience in a variety of property management situations helps her lead our Clients with confidence that their properties are in very good hands. Outside of work, Kate is an adventurist. From deep sea diving with sharks to camping in the wilderness of Malaysia, she enjoys the excitement of spending time exploring the amazing countries around the world with her Husband. Kate is a go-getter – she is organized to an impressive degree. Clients and Tenants love working with her because of her attentive and thorough nature.
