A One Stop Shop for Commercial Management

Under the Property Management umbrella, the Commercial Management division was driven by Client requests and providing a one-stop shop for Clients who own mixed-use buildings. Under our current portfolio, we manage retail plazas, commercial buildings, light industrial plazas along with a number of mixed (residential and commercial) buildings.

From juggling multiple Tenants in a single property to dealing with maintenance requirements of a large facility and government regulations, handling the tasks associated with commercial property management requires specialty expertise. At LPM, we offer key contacts in the trades industry and knowledgeable staff who understand the requirements to deal with these types of buildings. We have found that Tenant relations, ensuring low vacancy and maintaining a building to the highest standards will maximize your ROI.

We work collaboratively with Realtors to assist when units are vacant and need to be filled. Working closely during negotiations, pricing out Tenant improvement costs and ensuring all items are set up for new and existing Tenants is where we specialize.
