Through our online portal, Tenants and Clients can request maintenance services, obtain information on the status of jobs and book, and view before and after photos for all types of maintenance issues. We look after interior and exterior items, Tenant turn-over, day-to-day maintenance and are on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
Our reliable team of insured and licensed professionals have professional and clearly labelled trucks, clothing, and years of experience in dealing with Tenant- occupied buildings. We focus on a team approach and with specialized skills amongst the maintenance staff, you can be rest-assured that any type of job will be done properly. We provide high-quality, dependable service with cost-effective prices and offer complete transparency, communication and record keeping.
24 HOURS NOTICE
Our maintenance team understands that, unless there’s an emergency whereby the Tenants safety or building is at risk, there is always a 24 hours’ notice period to notify Tenants that we will be coming by to do work.

INSPECTIONS AND EVALUATIONS
We believe in rectifying small problems before they become big problems.
Periodic inspections are necessary to assess property conditions (interior and exterior) and ensure that Tenants follow their Lease terms. All our findings are provided in a written report along with pictures and our recommendations.
ON-CALL 24/7
Our maintenance team will attend to any emergency calls day or night 24/7, 365 days a year. By knowing your property, this allows a quicker response time and mitigates damages with ease. We understand after-hour calls can be expensive. Our goal is to stop the source of the damage and ensure that we have safely dealt with the issue. If the job is not 100% finished, we will schedule a return time during regular business hours to complete it (whether this is from a contractor or trade or our maintenance team), so that it saves you money.
